Terms of Service of Agile Growth Labs

1. Terms

By accessing the website at https://agilegrowthlabs.com/growandexit (the "Site") and its pages, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site. The materials contained on this Site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

1. Permission is granted to access, view, and use the Grow and Exit Program content (“Program Content”) solely for your personal or business purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may:
   1. apply the strategies, coaching insights, and materials provided through the Program Content to your own business or project;
   2. download or print limited Program Content (e.g., PDFs, worksheets, or other digital assets) for your personal reference.
2. Under this license you may not:
   1. republish, redistribute, or resell any part of the Program Content without written permission from Agile Growth Labs;
   2. copy or duplicate the Program Content in order to create derivative works or competing products/services;
   3. share your account credentials or purchased materials with third parties not enrolled in the Program;
   4. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any proprietary code or systems used by Agile Growth Labs;
   5. use the Program Content for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
3. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Agile Growth Labs at any time. Upon termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Disclaimer

1. The materials and services on the Site are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. Agile Growth Labs makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
2. Further, Agile Growth Labs does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the Program Content or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this Site.
3. Testimonials or case studies presented on the Site are individual experiences, reflecting real-life experiences of those who have used our services. They are individual results and results may vary from person to person.

4. Limitations

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

9. Refund Policy

All purchases of our services and programs are final. Due to the immediate access provided to digital resources, building your company's internal marketing systems, providing proprietary information, the project management investment we are making, and live sessions, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We encourage you to review all program materials and ask any questions prior to purchase.

10. Processing

11. Miscellaneous

Agile Growth Labs may feature your written or video testimonials, with your permission, for marketing purposes. By participating in coaching sessions and the Grow and Exit Program, you acknowledge that any personal or business success may vary from person to person and there is no guarantee of your results.

12. Pricing Plans

Agile Growth Labs reserves the right to adjust pricing for our programs, courses, or services at any time. Any such changes will be posted on the Site and/or communicated directly to existing customers. Adjusted rates shall not be applied retroactively unless otherwise stated.

13. Signing Up / Cancellations

By enrolling in our programs or signing up for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and/or your business. You also agree to receive periodic email communications regarding your account and related services. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the provided "unsubscribe" link in each message.

30 Days’ Notice for Cancellation: If you have a recurring billing arrangement or subscription for coaching services, you must provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to your next billing date. No refunds or prorations will be issued for partial months used.
